The "Puerto Rico Community Drinking Water Systems Capacity Assessment Project" was initiated to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the Non-PRASA (Non-Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority) community drinking water systems that serve small, rural communities across the island. This effort, focused on the technical, managerial, and financial (TMF) capacities of these systems, spanning from November 2022 to February 2024. The project thoroughly assessed 235 systems.
